1. The Bucket Elevator Must Be Firmly Installed On A Solid Concrete Foundation. The Bucket Elevator With Higher Height Shall Be Connected With The Adjacent Buildings (such As Silo, Workshop, Etc.) In The Proper Position Of The Middle Casing And Upper Casing To Increase Its Stability. When Installing The Bucket Elevator, First Install The Lower Parts, Fix The Anchor Bolts, Then Install The Middle Casing, And Then Install The Upper Casing. The Bucket Elevator Shell Is Installed Successfully, And The Verticality Is Corrected. The Bucket Elevator Shall Be Measured With Lead Straight Line Up And Down The Full Height, And The Error Shall Be Less Than 10 Mm. 3. The Chain And Hopper Of Bucket Elevator Shall Be Properly Tensioned After Installation.
4. The Bucket Elevator Adds Appropriate Amount Of Oil And Grease To The Reducer And Bearing Pedestal Respectively. The Reducer Is Lubricated With Industrial Gear Oil. Calcium Base Or Sodium Base Grease Can Be Used In The Bearing Seat.
5. The Trial Operation Of Bucket Elevator Shall Be Carried Out After The Installation. Attention Shall Be Paid To The Idling Of Bucket Elevator: It Is Not Allowed To Reverse Or Bump. The Idle Running Shall Not Be Less Than 2 Hours, And There Shall Be No Overheating. The Temperature Rise Of Bearing Shall Not Exceed 250C, And That Of Reducer Shall Not Exceed 300C. After Idling For 2 Hours, Load Test Can Be Carried Out When Everything Is Normal. During The Test Run With Load, The Feeding Shall Be Uniform To Prevent The "blocking" Accident When The Material At The Bottom Of The Feeding Is Piled Up Seriously.
